FREE DELIVERY IN THE UK, SUBSIDISED SHIPPING EVERYWHERE ELSE
It is a point of pride with us to charge as little for shipping as we possibly can.
Shipping on all orders within the UK is free.
For all other destinations we charge at 50% of basic Airmail rate - even though for some orders we may use an upgraded, more expensive service.
SHIPPING
UK orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class post or Special Delivery.
Non UK orders are sent Royal Mail Airmail.
DESPATCH
We aim to desptach your order on the same or next working day after you order.
First class UK post generally arrives on the first or second business day after sending.
Airmail deliveries usually arrive within 5-12 business days.
If there is a delay in obtaining stocks of any products that we run out of, we will let you know immediately. We will always email you to let you know and you will always have the option of a full refund.
Sorry, but we can't be held responsible for missing goods if an incorrect delivery address was quoted at the time of ordering. To ensure your package arrives safely, please do check that you have entered the correct delivery address before you confirm your order. DAMAGED DELIVERIES
If any goods are delivered damaged, incomplete or incorrect, do let us know immediately via the online <a title="Contact Us" href="https://www.psoriasissolutions.net/contact-psoriasis-solutions/">Contact</a> form or give us a call.
Please keep and email us photos of the damaged package and keep damaged packaging as proof .
RETURNS POLICY
Please note that the goods you order are not usually returnable unless they have been irretrievably damaged in transit.

Any sensitive data relating to you (payment information etc) is handled by Sage Pay our secure payment processor. We don't store it or in any way keep access to such information.
Any information you supply us with over the telephone, if written down by us, is cross-shredded immediately after your order is put through.
